Diablo IV coming soon. As for the public beta ahead of launch day, Blizzard is sharing information on key dates, how players get access to the beta, and what to expect when they enter the world of Sanctuary. You can read all the important details on the mmoexp website, but here is a summary of the most important information.
The Early Access Public Beta will run from March 17 to March 20 for players who pre-order the game or donate blood to the Almighty Chicken God. If you have participated in the Early Access public beta, you can download the beta starting March 15 at 12:00 pm ET.
If you choose to wait with your purchase of Diablo 4 Gold or Hellfire and Damnation Sandwich, the Diablo IV consumer beta will begin later this month, March 24-27 and 22 EDT. The first downloads open at noon.
In these two betas, you explore the prologue and first act of the game, where players can level up to level 25. In the Early Access Beta, players are limited to three classes: Rogue, Barbarian, and Wizard. During the consumer beta, the list was expanded to include druids and necromancers. However, it's important to note that while story development continues on June 6 in real-time, all characters will be removed, so don't get too attached. To get rid of all this, Blizzard is offering unique perks, including an adorable doggy backpack, for players who reach certain milestones during the beta.
Couch co-op and four-player co-op will be available for two weekends, and if you want to play something big and meaty with your friends, Blizzard will release world boss Asawa at some point.
